All SU rooms are free of charge to all students, alongside the in-house equipment that can be requested in your booking.

All Academy Venues are free to book, but there may be costs incurred including the hire of Technicians, Security Staff & Bar Staff. Any profit made on the bar can be used towards the costs of your event.
