Ik that we MUST help them but not all people are aware and not all people have kindness so for me I help needy people and it depends on others if they will help them or not sadly they don't and we also want god to save them

That; was my initial re-action too. But; my 2nd thought, was "When malnutrition is that advanced, and in so much poverty; maybe saving the most desperate cases only prolongs the misery, and a quick death would be a kindness". ??? It seems like - negligent parents thinking only of their own desires & having children they can't provide for while living in such extreme poverty, aren't that much different from delinquent parents in richer countries where the nutritional needs are met but the child training suffers resulting in over-crowded jails & police that can't keep up with the illegal activity in our local communities even though I live in 1 of the richest countries in the world. ????
