Where does "Tate" come from
It's a nickname my dad gave me. I don't like Robert, so I go with Tate.

Best advice from your brothers
Stay focused and work hard. Someone is always watching, so work hard every day and don't slack off.

What number do you want to wear
I'll wear No. 5. I was No. 4 in high school, but you can't take No. 4 away from Brandon Minor.

One word to describe Mike Barwis.
Scary.

Favorite quarterback growing up
Growing up I liked John Elway. Now I'm a big Drew Brees fan.

What award meant the most to you your senior year of high school
Winning my team MVP award. It sounds cheesy, but I was a part of that program for four years and I gave them a lot. I appreciate everything my coaches and teammates did for me.

Most memorable touchdown.
I played defense too, so in a game this year the quarterback threw a touchdown to my side and it was my fault. We had a minute and fifty seconds left and we drove down the field and with about 45 seconds left I broke a 50 yarder and we won. I'll never forget.

Most memorable interception.
A defensive lineman picked me off once and then ran me over.

Who is Zoltan Mesko
A goofball. A weirdo. The punter.

Will you be going to prom
No, I'm going to skip it.

Favorite Michigan sport other than football
Basketball.

Are you a video game guy
Yes.

What will your rating be on NCAA 2010 What do you want your speed to be
I hope I'm good. I want my speed around 85. I would be happy to be in the 80s.

Who is MVP of the all-name team for this year's signing class: Vladimir Emilien, Tate Forcier or Fitzgerald Toussaint.
Me.
