The template is divided into
Converge phases (1: Understand and 3:Define)
Diverge phases (2: Explore and 4: Zoom out)
Understand: State the insights you gathered from interviews
Explore: Generate ideas about the implicit and explicit wants of the people
Define: Convert those insights into HMW questions
Zoom out: Re-frame the challenge by using divergent thinking and ideate what if the ”challenge” will happen in a different scenario/context.
