Bourbon Papayo 320gr, is from the Varietales Farm of the coffee farmer Yenifer Rojas, in the Municipality of Gigante, Huila in the Buenos Aires area at 1,800 MASL. Their Bourbon Papayo variety is due to its particular cherry that looks like a papaya.
It has notes of sweet, honey and yellow fruits. a medium low body, delicate citric acidity and its process is washed.
