Enterprise digital tools including Microsoft Teams are now the default platform used across all AIA employees for day-to-day team communication, video calls, meetings and a preferred medium for sharing files. We have also seen an increase in the use of collaboration tools such as MIRO board, Asana and Trello. As we return to the office, we are increasing in-person exchanges as an important means to enrich the meaningful connections that facilitate collaboration.
