Our story

I am an Ohio native but spent a couple years in Arizona where I completed my studies to become a Certified Holistic Health and Life Coach, and a Reiki Master. I have always gravitated toward nature and a healthier lifestyle. I believe that all healing is found within nature and within ourselves. We all have the ability to heal. I specialize in trauma and emotional release, and help women return to their true self for vibrant health and wellbeing. My own healing journey began after a painful divorce from a nearly 20-year marriage. It was a toxic relationship that left me feeling depressed, anxiety, and chronic stress that ultimately led to an autoimmune condition. At the time I didn’t realize that my emotional and mental state was deeply impacting my physical state until I started to explore alternative healing. Once I began to heal the past trauma, heavy emotions and the pain I had carried for so long, I started to heal physically as well. My life completely changed and I began to have more positive experiences in my life. My path of natural health, healing and working with the energy that is in us and around us is what inspired me to do the work that I do for others. I hope to inspire change and beauty in your life as well. Life is too short and we all deserve to live peacefully and in harmony with ourselves and the natural world around us.
