Botanical Spritz

When you're looking for a bright, floral cocktail, look no further. This beautiful sip takes minimal effort and provides maximum flavor. We love it with some seasonal garnish and find that when entertaining it is always a favorite.

1.5 oz NOLET'S Silver Gin
0.5 oz Elderflower Liqueur
Soda Water
Fresh Lemon Slices, Raspberries, Peach Slices, and/or Orange Wheels for Garnish

Pour NOLET’S Silver, elderflower liqueur, and soda water into an ice-filled gin balloon glass. Stir well.
Garnish with a combination of preferred fruit botanical garnishes.


Holiday Gin and Soda

1.5 oz. NOLET'S Silver Gin
3 oz. Soda Water
Cranberries
Fresh Rosemary

Pour NOLET'S Silver over ice in a balloon glass then add soda water and garnish. 


Apple & Sage Gin and Soda

Soda

Fresh Sage Leaves
Juniper Berries

Spanish Gin + Tonic

The Spanish really took the Gin + Tonic and ran with it. To make them, you'll need a Copa Balloon glass, solid ice, and garnish. We suggest you start with citrus, a fruit, and an herb, but by all means, experiment and have fun.

1.5 oz. NOLET’S Silver Gin
4 oz. Tonic Water

Garnish suggestions:
Fruits: Apples, Cherries, Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumber, Dates, Grapefruit, Grapes, Kumquats, Kiwis, Lemons, Limes, Oranges, Olives, Peaches, Persimmons, Pomegranate Arils, Pomelo, Raspberries, Rhubarb Ribbons, Strawberries, Watermelon

Florals: Chamomile, Dried Rosebuds, Edible Flowers, Lavender, Rose Petals

Herbs: Basil, Bay Leaf, Cinnamon, Fennel, Kefir Lime, Juniper Berries, Mint, Peppercorns, Rosemary, Sage, Star Anise, Thai Basil, Thyme

Pour NOLET’S Silver Gin and tonic water into an ice-filled Copa Balloon glass. Stir well.
Garnish with a combination of fruits, florals, and herbs.


Signature Gin + Soda

1.5 oz. NOLET’S Silver Gin
4 oz. Club Soda, Seltzer or Sparkling Mineral Water
Lemon Peel

Pour NOLET’S Silver Gin into an ice-filled gin balloon glass and top with Soda. Stir well.
Express oil then garnish with a swath of lemon peel.


Botanical Gin + Tonic

The beautiful botanicals in NOLET'S Silver are complemented with herbs and citrus in this refreshing variant.

1.5 oz. NOLET'S Silver Gin
0.25 oz. Fresh Lemon or Lime Juice
0.25 oz. Simple Syrup
2 Fresh Lavender, Rosemary, Mint, Rose Petals, Tarragon, Juniper, Peppercorns, Citrus Wheel or any other Herb, Fruit or Flower
4 oz. Tonic Water

Add all ingredients, except tonic water to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a copa balloon glass over fresh ice. Top with tonic water. Garnish with fresh botanicals.


Rose Gin + Tonic

1.5 oz. NOLET'S Silver Gin
4 oz. Tonic Water
Fresh Rose Petals, Rosemary and Pink Peppercorns

Pour NOLET'S Silver Gin over ice in a copa balloon. Add rose petals and peppercorns. Top with tonic water. Garnish with a fresh sprig of rosemary.


Violet Gin + Tonic

The fruit and floral-forward lush botanicals in NOLET'S Silver bloom with a splash of Cremé de Violette in the romantic Violet Gin and Tonic. The luxurious tart-sweet cocktail conjures a summertime celebration in a lush garden of blooming flowers.  

1.5 oz. NOLET'S Silver Gin
0.25 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
0.25 oz. Simple Syrup
0.25 oz. Creme de Violette
2 Fresh Lavender Sprigs or Edible Purple Flowers
Tonic Water

Add all ingredients, except tonic water to mixing glass with ice. Shake well and strain into a copa balloon glass over fresh ice. Top with tonic water. Garnish with fresh lavender sprigs & or edible flowers.


Kumquat Gin + Tonic

Take advantage of kumquat season with the tangy citrus fruit that brightens the floral and fruit flavor of NOLET'S.

1.5 oz. NOLET’S Silver Gin
4 oz. Tonic Water
Squeeze of Fresh Orange
Sliced Kumquats

Pour NOLET'S Silver Gin over fresh ice in a Copa balloon glass. Squeeze in some fresh orange juice, and sprinkle sliced kumquats around. Top with tonic water and a fruit, floral or herbal garnish.
