Description

One look at the showy, maroon-splotched, gray-green leaves, and you'll get the cultivar name.  An outstanding foliage plant, it's less interesting in flower -- we recommend deadheading the bright yellow "paintbrush" flowers to prevent self-sowing.  Propagated from seed.  Deep 3.5-inch pots.  Zone 4.
