On May 26, 1961 DHEW Secretary Abraham A. Ribicoff dedicated the new NIDR building at NIH. One of the first Institutes at NIH, the National Institute for Dental Research provided important research discoveries. The NIDR was completed in the spring of 1961. There is a view of the east side, west side and front entrance. Building 30 was constructed to provide laboratory and office space for the National Institute of Dental Research. . |
