Ingredients
- Aunt Jemima Pancake Mix
- One organic Orange or Orange Juice
- Orange Marmalade Jam
Instructions
- Add 1 cup of pancake mix to a bowl.
- Add the juice of one orange or 1/2 cup of orange juice to the dry mix.
- Whisk together, slowly adding 1/4 cup of warm water until batter is smooth but still slightly thick. Note: Add more water if needed.
- Next, stir or whisk in 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon of the orange marmalade. Note: Add more marmalade, if desired, and based on your own palate.
