Officials to ‘use any force necessary’ to find director’s daughter

Nick Cassavetes is doing whatever it takes to find his daughter.

The custody battle between the “Notebook” director, 58, and Heather Wahlquist rages on as a judge ordered authorities to “use any reasonable force necessary, including breaking into any structure where you have probable cause,” to locate Cassavetes’ 13-year-old, according to documents obtained by The Blast on Friday.

The former couple’s daughter, Barbie, who was supposed to be back in Los Angeles on Dec. 18, is assumed to be with Wahlquist in Oklahoma.

Last week, the director claimed his ex, along with her mother and aunt, are “allegedly conspiring with Heather to steal his child.” He wants $10,000 in penalties, with the amount increasing each day his daughter is kept away from him.

Wahlquist’s mother has accused Cassavetes of vowing to “make [Heather’s] life a living hell,” in addition to other dangerous behavior.

Per The Blast, the Cleveland County sheriff in Oklahoma says authorities have been to Wahlquist’s mother’s house multiple times in an ongoing search for Barbie.

Cassevettes and Wahlquist met in 2002.

A rep for the director had no comment.
