Marlon Wayans slammed the “entitled” woman who filed a paternity suit against the actor after she allegedly gave birth to his 1-year-old daughter, Axl July Ivory Wayans.
According to court documents obtained by Page Six, Brittany Moreland filed a petition Monday to establish the “White Chicks” star as the father of the toddler, born in December 2022.
Moreland asked for primary physical and legal custody and proposed that the comedian be awarded visitation rights.
Additionally, Moreland, 34, asked that her legal fees and “reasonable expenses of pregnancy and birth” be covered by Marlon, 51.
Moreland claims in the court documents that Marlon earns $200,000 per month and can afford to pay support, which includes over $5,000 in daycare costs and $3,000 in grocery and household supplies.
Moreland, who claims she is currently unemployed in the docs, alleges in an Income and Expense Declaration form that her monthly expenses total $22,080.
In a statement to the Shade Room, the “Wayans Bros” actor explained, “It’s the classic case of a good, loving, responsible father shelling out over $18k per month for a one-year-old, and an entitled woman decides she wants more. My mama and dem would’ve lost their minds for $2k.”
Marlon added, “All these women having to drag men to court who pay NOTHING towards their children. And here, a woman gets a doctor’s salary and says it isn’t enough? I’ve had two children before this.
“I’ve never had this problem. I’m a good man with a good heart and strong sense of responsibility, but I refuse to be used and discredited.”
Page Six has reached out to reps for Marlon but did not immediately hear back.

Marlon is already a dad to Kai, 23, and Shawn, 22, whom he shares with his former partner Angela Zachary.
Last November, the “Scary Movie” star revealed that his eldest child was transgender.
“I have a daughter that transitioned into a son,” he said on “The Breakfast Club” at the time. “My daughter Amai is now Kai.”
The “Little Man” actor and Zachary dated from 1992 to 2013 but never tied the knot.
Their romance ended after Marlon was caught cheating on her.
