Glimpse inside Kate Beckinsale’s quirky bedroom: Nap pod, cat comforter, tiny dog hands and more

A quirky room for a quirky actress.

Kate Beckinsale revealed that her eccentric style extends to the decor of her bedroom in a new Instagram post Wednesday.

The “Serendipity” star — who is back home after a recent hospital stay — showed off her fun design style while seemingly hinting at “tummy troubles” being the reason behind her recent health issues.

Beckinsale, 50, posed with her Pomeranian in several of the fun shots and excited fans when they noticed her furry friend was wearing various pairs of tiny human hands over his paws, which is currently a trend on social media. One pair comically showed that dog throwing up peace signs.

“I need these hands for my ragdoll kittens!” one follower exclaimed under her post.

“I watched the video three times to notice the little hands 💙,” another added.

In the post, Beckinsale was sitting on a unique comforter with a cat’s face printed across it and had matching pillows on her bed.

Another eye-catching pillow, which appears to be a birthday present from last year, read, “F–k Around And Find out.”

Hanging above the “Underworld” star’s bed was a photo of a woman shaving her face, which prompted a follower to ask her if it was an image of herself.

The artwork is a photo taken from Magnus Hastings’ book, “Why Drag?”

Fans were also delighted by the egg-shaped napping pod she laid in with her cat in a few other photos. The comfy-looking light pink pod featured fur lining and white ears on top.

“I definitely need one of those large Cat-Pod-Cave-Bed thingies xxx,” one of her enthralled fans reacted to the unique furniture piece.

Beckinsale has shown off her eclectic sense of style and ability not to take herself too seriously with several recent Instagram posts.

In December 2023, she informed fans she was taking care of her sick mom, Jude, in a post that showed her lying in bed. Also in bed with Jude was Beckinsale’s beloved cat and dog, who she dressed in nurse costumes.

“These are my nursing support team and we are looking after our Jude,” she wrote in the caption.

Shortly before dressing her pets in nursing costumes, she photographed them looking adorable in woven pajama sets completed with headpieces. She joked in the caption that they looked like aliens.

In November 2023, she displayed more playful home decor when she showed off her new print of drag queen Ginger Minj smoking a cigarette while floating in a pink pool tube. The photo, seemingly hung in her living room, also revealed two panda suits draped over chairs and a life-size piñata in the distance.

In addition to being mesmerized by her funky room and the tiny dog hands in Wednesday’s slideshow, fans were thrilled to see Beckinsale was home and out of the hospital.

She revealed she had been hospitalized in March by sharing photos that appeared to show her crying in a hospital bed.

She then shared heartwarming pictures of her dog visiting her in the hospital and let fans know she was still ill on Easter Sunday, March 31, by posting a photo of herself wearing bunny socks from her hospital bed.

She has since deleted all traces of her stay.
