Patrick Piuze was the winemaker at Olivier Leflaive in Burgundy before starting his own project in Chablis in 2008. Fast forward to present, and he is considered one of the region’s benchmark producers, both for his variety of village-level bottlings, as well as his collectible premier and grand crus. This wine is brisk, mineral, and subtly savory.
