Betsy Ross Day celebrates the American flag

Celebrate the creation of the American flag with Betsy Ross Day at the historic Heald Home in fort Zumwalt Park, O'Fallon, Missouri.

Get ready for Flag Day with Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) regent Susan Russ, who will present a show on Sunday, June 9.  Learn the story of Betsy Ross, her legendary connection to the American flag and her life during the Revolutionary War, which left Betsy a widow. The Heald Home will be open from 1 – 4 p.m., with 30-minute shows scheduled for 1:30 and 3 p.m. Admission is $2 per person at the door, and includes a tour of the house, which is located in Fort Zumwalt Park at 1000 Jessup Drive, O’Fallon, Missouri 63366.
