New Luxury Residential Development To Open In Haworth

HAWORTH, NJ – A new, boutique 31-unit townhouse development located at 281 Lakeshore Drive in Haworth will have its first homes ready to move into in August, with prices starting in the mid-$900,000s, a news release said on Tuesday.

Lakeshore Estates, approved by the Haworth Planning Board over a year ago, and construction on the luxury homes has been under way for eight months, Coldwell Banker Realty New Homes, which will staff the development, said in the release.

“Lakeshore Estates offers sleek and elegant townhome living, with every detail planned out to meet the needs and desires of today’s homeowners. Luxurious features and finishes that would be considered upgrades in most developments come standard to each townhome,” David Schoner, Coldwell Banker's vice president, said.

Developed by Rock Solid Builders, each townhouse offers three floors and floorpans ranging from 3,300- to 3,500-square feet. Every home includes three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and two half baths, a two-car garage, and a paver patio outfitted for gas and electric. Features also include ceilings stretching to 11 feet, recessed lights, engineered wood floors, a marble surround gas fireplace, built-in shelves and wine cabinetry.

A chef's kitchen is "at the heart" of every home in the development, the news release said, in that they will each include a sprawling kitchen island, top-of-the-line appliances, wood shaker cabinets, and a large pantry.

The primary suite has a walk-in custom closet and a "spa-like" bathroom, with porcelain flooring, jacuzzi tubs, and double vanities with quartz countertops. The same attention to details was given to all secondary bathrooms and bedrooms, the company said.
