Protarum sechellarum

This plant is only naturally occurring Aroid of the Seychelles and looks somewhat similar to a small Amorphophallus in leaf. The Inflorescence is however quite different. Much more closed and pressed towards the ground. its seems to be common on the high moist peaks but is rare overall as it is endemic to the Seychelles and there only limited to certain habitats.
