How to use
Always weigh yourself on the same scale and at the same time, preferably when you wake up and are dressed.
1. Place the scale on a flat, hard surface. The presence of a loose or uneven floor (e.g. carpet, carpet, linoleum) can affect the accuracy of the weight.
2. Before getting on the scale, press it at least 2 or 3 times and check that the needle is positioned on 0, otherwise set it to zero with the appropriate zeroing wheel.
3. Step onto the scale with feet parallel and weight equally distributed (see drawings). Wait without moving for the scale to calculate your weight. Do not lean on anything during measurement to avoid altering the readings.
4. Get off the bathroom scale, the scale needle automatically returns to 0.
