According to her family, Cynthia Dall, the singer/songwriter, photographer, and Bill Callahan collaborator, has died. Her cause of death is unknown.

Dall's vocals were first featured on Smog's "Wine Stained Lips", which was the B-side of a 1993 single. She collaborated with Callahan on a handful of recordings throughout the 1990s and was also featured on records by the Notwist. As a solo artist, Dall released two albums via Drag CityUntitled in 1996 and Sound Restores Young Men in 2002. Her photography was commonly featured in the zine Rollerderby. She also provided the album art for the 1993 Royal Trux EP Dogs of Love.
