The Prince Estate has announced a series of weekly video uploads from the archives. To launch it, rare videos for mid-1990s tracks “Endorphinmachine,” “Dolphin,” and “Rock And Roll Is Alive! (And It Lives In Minneapolis)” are out now. Check them out below.
The series will focus on hard-to-find videos from 1995-2010. The video for “Endorphinmachine” was previously available only to those who completed a Prince CD-Rom video game released in 1994. The same year, “Dolphin” premiered as the first ever video on VH1 Europe. “Rock And Roll Is Alive! (And It Lives In Minneapolis)” was shown only as part of a VH1 Special in 1997. More widely available videos from the era have also been uploaded to Prince’s YouTube.
