Pull them up and they look like little onions and are tasty.  Just to prove I could do it, I concocted a salad of these, wild asparagus, and prickly lettuce.  The last two pictures here show an introduced onion I couldn’t find a name for.  Probably out of someone’s garden as they make for a verdant, long-lasting display.
