Had very good experience with one of the front desk staff. The other was clearly annoyed by me asking for assistance with an insurance form and she made it very clear she didn't want to help with it and I was causing her a great inconvenience. That was frustrating. The other front desk person was very kind and helpful. The provider was wonderful and we will see her again. Probably not at Decorah, but in La Crosse.

Everything and everyone appeared friendly and professional, which is exactly what anyone would expect when using a medical service!

I had my appointment just after my significant other. By his self report, he received much more personalized attention than I did. I was called late to my appointment, I felt glossed over and squeezed in especially by the tech. Then I saw a " substitute" doctor, though I found her attentive and personable. I have to say, this seems like typical Gundersen medical treatment.

First visit checked on old problems and talked about cataracts

Found our 1st visit to the eye Clinc easy and very much well taken care of by all. Made our next appt before leaving.

After my ER visit the previous day for a corneal abrasion, which seemed to be unresolved and worsening, I received a prompt appointment the next day at your clinic. I was seen in a very timely manner, and was provided with a more comprehensive evaluation from Dr Herde and her support staff. The discovery of the irritant, causing my condition, was quickly discovered and removed. My discomfort began to resolve quickly and my eyesight steadily improved during the rest of the day. I experienced full resolution of my sx within 3 days.
