Herbácea perenne arbustiva cuya floración se desarrolla durante fin de verano y otoño, brindando altura en canteros, jardines y pastizales. Sus flores blancas y perfumadas atraen mariposas y otros polinizadores a nuestro jardín. Prefiere lugares soleados y suelos permeables, aunque también prospera en ambientes húmedos. En invierno disminuye su follaje o lo pierde totalmente, rebrotando en primavera.
Siembra superficial, en sustrato húmedo, con exposición a la luz. Las semillas son pequeñas y apenas deben ser cubiertas con arena o sustrato liviano. Riego con lluvia fina.
En condiciones controladas, bajo protección, es posible la siembra durante todo el año.
Época de siembra a suelo directo desde otoño hasta fin de primavera.
Trasplante de plantines con 4 o 5 hojas a su lugar definitivo, dejando 30 cm de distancia entre plantas.

Its white and scented flowers attract butterflies and other pollinators to the garden. It prefers sunny places and permeable soils, although it also thrives in humid environments. In winter its foliage decreases or disappears completly, sprouting in spring.
Superficial sowing, in humid substrate. The seeds are small and should be softly covered with sand or a light substrate. Water with fine spray.
Under controlled conditions and with protection, planting is possible throughout the year.
