For Ham Steak:

  • 1lbham steak
  • cooking spray
  • ground black pepper,to taste

For Salad:

  • 3tbspolive oil
  • 1tbspdijon mustard
  • 1tbsplemon juice
  • 1tspchampagne vinegar
  • ¼tspground black pepper
  • 10ozmixed salad greens,(2 pkg)
  • cupreduced-fat feta cheese,crumbled

Instructions

Ham Steak:

  1. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.

  2. Coat ham steak on both sides with cooking spray; season with black pepper to taste.

  3. Grill ham on preheated grill for 4 to 5 minutes per side until meat shows good grill marks. Cut ham into bite-size pieces.

Salad:

  1. Whisk olive oil, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, champagne vinegar, and black pepper in a large bowl.

  2. Toss mixed greens into dressing to coat. Divide salad onto 4 plates and top with ham and feta cheese.

  3. Serve and enjoy.
