I've built around 30 of these chopped M,3s. They are referred to as the Baby B3. Outstanding B3 tone w percussion, vibrato, same keys.
These chops work well because they only weigh app 200 lbs as opposed to a chop B3 or A100 which weighs around 270 and takes up a lot more room
I take a lot of pride in my work and most all my chops have worked for years now w no problems.
The work I've done here is this:
Complete rebuild of the amp, replacing all electrolytic capacitors in the power supply to get the amp running as clean as possible. Also in the amp I replace resistors as needed. I do a lot of maintenance in there as well. The amp alone is a days work.
Also I perform an upper manual foldback operation. The M3s lack the upper tones or frequency s that the B3s have. So I add these tones, app 60, and the upper register on the upper manual now can get some really cool sounds like the B3. Please google foldback Hammond M3 if I am being confusing here.
And key action. This is another job take takes me most of a day. I've done a lot of work get the keys nice and tight, most Hammond's are prone to have loose noisy keys and I repair all this. In the process all dust removed from under the keys and the keys have all been cleaned as well.
The switches, drawbars, have all been cleaned, blown out, and work great.
This organ comes w a detachable volume pedal. I use the original Hammond volume capacitor w the original volume pedal. It comes apart and goes back together really fast so no worries if your going onstage w 5 minutes to set up.
I've installed two 1/4" outputs, a hot signal for a Leslie and a reduced signal for a keyboard amp or preferably a tube amp.
Shipping is usually around the $300-$400 range but if your coming to LA I'm very near downtown and you can come by and check it out
I also build really small Leslie's that work great for touring bands. They start around $900 and I will post the Leslie later
The stand and dolly which the organ is in is not included. You can either build your own stand or buy a heavy duty stand for around $125

I can do even more for folks with a larger budget. I personally like the sound of new capacitors in the generator. I use original Red Mylar caps that came from Hammond organs from the late 60s. I also can add left hand bass to the lower manual, this basically drops the lower manual down an octave and now you can play some left hand bass and the muddy type of chords jazz player use and Deep Purples' Hush uses such a registration as well.. I can build covers that protect the organ for touring musicians, it does detract from how gorgeous this organ is but will save it from destruction on the road.

dig Jeffrey Howell here playing the chop M3 and Leslie. Jeff is a very fine local player I've know for years. If you can't see the video here type in super short Leslie on you tube
