Jeff really came through for us. We were extremely picky and most houses didn’t appeal to us even remotely. I’m fairly certain we looked at every house on sale for 6 months straight and found next to nothing we were willing to even consider. He found all the types of houses we were looking for that we just couldn’t find fast enough, and in the end we ended up buying a house he personally contacted us to point out. I doubt we would have had a chance at it without Jeff, and it was a rare house we were willing to consider. Unfinished but good bones, things that were done were done well, plenty of room for improvement. I will be recommending Jeff to anyone I know who is getting a house in the area, and if I move around here I again he can expect a call from us.

An additional note, we did feel like Jeff was looking out for us as much as his job enabled him to and I did not get the plaster mask vibe from him. Even if something I said would give an easy window for him to just agree and move on with, he would still say something ominous at the very least if he disagreed or felt I was being to enthusiastic. I’ve had really bad experiences with sales people before that has more or less killed my general trust in people. We appreciated Jeff’s candor a great deal and noticed when he went the extra mile even if we didn’t ask for it to show us the true value of our money in any given situation. Back-checking everything he said against multiple sources only proved to solidify this impression. Over the time we have worked with Jeff we have developed a respect for him as a person. We sincerely thank Jeff for his time and energy, and wish him the best of luck in his future endeavors.
