Dyckia niederleinii
The genus Dyckia belongs to the Bromeliad Family, and these plants are native to South America, from Brazil southward to Uruguay, Paraguay and Argentina. D. niederleinii is from northern Argentina, and its 3-petaled yellow-orange flowers look much like those of other species.
