Horseweed, or Canadian Horseweed.

Common. Supposed to bloom year round.

Formerly Erigeron canadensis.

Plant can grow to about 7 feet with lots of small daisy-like flowers at the top. The “flowers” are about 3mm in diameter with white ray-flowers and central disk flowers. Leaves are thin and lance-shaped.
