Description
Pineapple Mint is a fast-growing, rhizomatous perennial that grows to between 1-2′ tall and spreads indefinitely, as mints do. It makes a very effective zero-maintenance groundcover, attracting pollinators of all types when it flowers in late summer. The foliage is fuzzy but edible, tasting just like minty pineapples! It’s the perfect herb for this Pennsylvania Dutch Meadow Tea recipe.
