It is often found in haremic groups consisting of one male and a group of females. It is often invisible among the leaves of macroalgae due to its green color. Husbandry: The Emerald Wrasse can be aggressive toward smaller more docile fishes but it will likely be bullied by larger aggressive species. It is a hardy aquarium species.
