When my memory becomes vague,
it’s frustrating and quite a drag.
Words to recall at the tip of my tongue.
Must start over when I’ve only just begun.
Can’t retrieve a word so I look for something new.
As I’m aging its been what I’ve needed to do.
I forget what I’m looking for
but on the way I discover more.
Get side tracked
from what I lack.
Found new thoughts in my memory bag.
Maybe my memory isn’t that vague.
