Properties & Uses: Bark is astringent, sweet, acrid, antipyretic, vulnerary, constipating, emetic, styptic, aphrodisiac and tonic. It is used to treat burning sensation, cough, skin diseases, wounds, ulcers, diarrhea, epistaxis, hemorrhages, seminal weakness and general debility.
