6 Bars That Serve The Booziest LIITs For The Nights You DON'T Wanna Remember *Wink Wink*!

Ahhh! Long Island Iced Tea (LIIT) - our fun friend who helps us let loose on Friday nights, the reason behind our mind-numbing hangover every Saturday morning and who features in all our embarrassing drunk tales. Good times! If you didn’t know, this classic concoction of tequila, rum, vodka, gin and triple sec tastes and looks exactly like iced tea, hence the name. So walk into any of these six amazing bars in Delhi and order up some boozy LIITs this weekend!

1. Monkey Bar

Well, this one isn’t playing around when it comes to drinks, it’s got all the cocktails that you’ll ever need and then some. We’ve set our hearts on their Classic LIIT though! If you’re feeling a little adventurous, try the Beamer LIIT or Bourbon LIIT, which features little variations like Red Bull and Jim Beam White, respectively. We’ve also heard good things about the Keema Pav and Nachos here so you know what to eat to sop up all the booze you’ll be chugging!

2. Social

This gives us yet another reason to visit this popular chain of bars (again) and explore its menu! You can never go wrong with the Classic LIIT here, plus they’ve got two more buzz-worthy variants called Electric and Toxic, which are definitely shaking things up. 

Some Blue Curacao and cranberry juice can make all the difference and don’t let anyone else tell you any different! You can take your pick from Smirnoff and Ketel One in the vodka department, and whether you go for the 500 ml or 1000 ml, a memorable night is guaranteed!

3. Lord Of The Drinks

Well, it’s called Lord of the Drinks for a reason! It’s got five versions of our favourite LIIT with cool names like Adam’s LIIT, Power Stroke, Tropical and Rouge with the Classic LIIT in tow. Depending upon the number of people and mood, go for either just a glass or a whole pitcher of this delightful cocktail here. Perfect for an outing with friends - get the LIIT you fancy and snack on some delicious Peri Peri Chicken and Cheesy Fries while chatting the night away!

4. Raasta

The ‘raasta’ to this bar might’ve changed a bit, due to the shift from HKV to Green Park, but the bar menu still remains the same and thank god for that! The number of LIITs here might just be few (only three) but man, do they pack a punch! This one has put their own spin on LIIT with their Rhode Island and Electric cocktails, which we swear by! And don’t worry if you’re not in the ‘Surprise Me Mood’, they’ve still got the reliable Classic waiting for you. The boozy LIITs combined with their gorgeous rooftop and karaoke here is bound to make an unforgettable night, right?!

5. Farzi Cafe

Farzi Cafe takes the idea, “Do one thing but do that one thing right” - very seriously, it seems! With just one LIIT on their menu, it has managed to get on our radar AND make a place for itself on the list of the best of the bunch! Nobody does the Classic LIIT quite like this one. Pair their LIIT with the Keema Parantha here for a quirky yet delish combo, and bop to the beat churned out by the live music. Don’t worry, you can thank us later!
