About the adventure

The year is 1928, and Judgement is coming. In the world of art, themes of upheaval and confusion flourish. Surreal nightmares and waking dreams plague those unlucky enough to sense its coming. There are whispers of war in the east, and the stars seem to sing in the nights sky, to those who listen. Meanwhile, the mass of humanity continue about their business, leaving those who can hear to wrestle with the fear that they are losing their minds. The King is coming... Are you prepared? 🔎 This is a re-working of the extensive investigative horror scenario Tatters of the King, centred around investigating a strange malady that appears to sweeping through Britain's artistic community. Tell me, have you seen the yellow sign? 📚A campaign steeped in British Queer and Social History, with a cast taken from histories pages. 🎭 Character driven. Who your characters are, and what they want from the world will drive the adventure.

How to prepare

You will need a discord account, and ideally you will have a webcam and mic* You do not need to know the rules of Call of Cthulhu, but it is helpful if you do. How will character creation work

Character creation will take place as part of Session Zero, using the The Dhole's House points by character generator. A document demonstrating the tool is in the shared folder for the game. - Characters should be British or residents of the United Kingdom. - At least one character should have the profession Alienist. - while the campaign is more focused on investigation and inter-personal roleplay than on combat, combat is not wholly absent, so it is worth investing some points into a combat related skill.

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
