when i open the game its to zoomed in and i cant zoom out i have tried everything but nothing works what do i do

How do you get this? My only possible clue is to do with the phone ringing outisde, I have once had it without it being a pre-recorded message, it was someone from a different town, but I've only had it once and I died a few days after I did it due to the insanity that was devouring Ted's mind.
