During Haworth labs, you will come to an area where you must pull two switches to open a door. It's filled with gas. There are a few scientists here, and one of them is Ryan Andrews (near one of the switches). Kill him to unlock the achievement!

Finish Mystery House without being spotted once

Unlock all of Arthur's shelters.

There are a total of 5 Shelters, 1 unlocked at the very begining, the rest must be unlocked by visiting a doing 1 small task, each island has at least 1 shelter. Locations pictured in blue. These should be on your mini map as a side quest.

Contract and cure the plague.

You'll need a few items to prepare for this achievement. You'll need several healing items and a phenocyline jab. Heads to lud's Holm, the Bobby on guard at the bridge will give you a phenocyline jab. Whilst in lud's Holm, you'll be attacked by a plague infected wastrel straight away, let him keep hitting you until you become infected. It may take one hit, it may take twenty hits, hence the healing items. When you do become infected, use the phenocyline jab immediately and your achievement will pop. If for some reason this guy doesn't infect you, other plague victims only come out at night and have some sort of swarm around thier heads, as well as acting crazy! Also I found wearing the torn suit as opposed to the padded suit got me infected quicker.

Find a joy phone box and keep taking pills until you overfill your joy meter,(2-4 Pills) now simply walk of a cliff or the edge of the map to kill yourself.

Talk to Johnny Bolton from the Secret Radio Room.

There is a quest called old soldiers the final part during the final objective (find lost footlocker) you access an attic left of the footlocker is a military radio use this to talk to johnny and get the achievement

Listen to all the phone calls in the phoneboxes.

When your going for this make sure you find a phonebox in a location where you are near two different areas and a bed. This should take you 12 days (game time, one per call) to get. The video shows a great location to do this in. What you will do is go to bed then go outside. Run to the next location and then come back to the phonebox to hear it ring. Answer it to hear a message that is being left on it. After it is finished go back to the bed and sleep again then repeat the process.


You will be able to recieve 1 call per day and there are a total of 12 different phone calls that you can recieve for Arthur. Once you’ve obtained all 12 you will unlock the Trophy / Achievement.
