CHANUKAH EXCITEMENT
The exictement of Chanukah is still with us for in our house,
our children still ask, “Is it Chanukah tonight, too?” However,
school, Monday, will come to our rescue and provide other
thoughts for our young ones. Has it been the same with you?
Shirley and Charles Robinson have as their guest, good
friend, Esther Ray Shevick of their home-town, Richmond, Va.
Jeanette and Harry Teter are two of the happiest people in our
town since their son, Burton, arrived home from Japan, last
week-end. Faye and Jimmy Cohen and granddaughter, Lynelle
Moses are holidaying in Detroit with Rhoda and Jay Schultz
and their “spankin-new daughter,” Marcia.

Schoenfeld just back from

mont for an all too brief visit

next week from a holiday visit
with his children in Los
Angeles. Week-end visitors in
our town included Joyce and
Vernon Starr and their cute
son, Kenny, of Fort Riley, who
happily surprised thje folks,
Bertha and Sam Starr. The
Isadore Schiffs and their chil-
entertained Ida and Hymie
Cohen and their daughters,
Marlene and Diane and Esther
Rae and David Raskin and
son, Jerry, Big D residents,
during the holidays.
It was a busy house full at
the Sam Sheinbergs with their
children. Bayla, Harvey and
Jill Biskin, in from San An-
tonio; Israel home from Fort
Bliss; and Dr. Philip home on
leave before he embarks for an
18 month tour of duty in Ger-
many. Rose and Morris Green-
spun are happily entertaining
their children, Dr. and Mrs.
Raymond Marcus and young-
sters of Beverly Hills, Calif./
and Iva and Simon Hochstein
who were recent guests of the
Marcus families.
Glimpsed in our town last
week-end were Molly Bron-
stein of Denver, who is the
guest of Reva and Nathan Ru-
benstein; Faye Anton and
youngsters of Abilene; Babe
and Nathan Donsky of San
Angelo; the Aaron Kupermans
