After tireless exploration, a chance meeting with two empassioned and exceptionally talented brew masters HOracek & HOhnen set this epic project in motion. After a few test brews, the fearless trio knew they had created something unique: An exceptionally refreshing, impeccably crisp lager with New Zealand’s top hop Nelson Sauvin and a brilliantly balanced alcohol of just 3.3%.
