On Saturday, Sept. 22, the CWRU Muslim Student Association will host its annual Fast-a-Thon charitable fundraiser dinner in support of UNICEF Syria, in light of the ongoing violence and turmoil in the country. All members of the Case Western Reserve community, both Muslims and non-Muslims, are invited to join in fasting for a day in order to demonstrate a hunger for change in Syria.
Tickets are being sold in the Nord Hall atrium all week. Admission is $5 for undergraduates and $8 for others. All proceeds will go to UNICEF Syria.
