Jasper Schellekens

Jasper Schellekens has a wealth of work experience. Jasper began their career in 2004 as a Senior Research Associate for Bernstein Environmental Law and Policy Consulting. In 2006, they became a Copy Editor for Spanda Foundation. From 2007 to 2021, they worked for Accenture Services in various roles, including Team Coordinator Payroll, Compensation and Benefits, and Reward, Subject Matter Expert Payroll, and HR administrator (payroll). In 2012, they were a Project Officer for Comnet Foundation. From 2014 to 2021, they were Co-founder and Interim Chair of the Internet Society Malta Chapter, and Office Manager for Equinox Advisory. In 2021, they were Director (Malta) for Bright Star Studios. Currently, they are an Editorial Assistant for IEEE Transactions on Games and a Communications Advisor for T.M.C. Asser Instituut.

Jasper Schellekens completed a Python Foundations Course at ICE Malta in 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Affairs and Politics from Vrije Universiteit Brussel between 2001 and 2005. Jasper then obtained an LLM in Public International Law from Leiden University between 2008 and 2009. Jasper also holds a High School degree from Southwestern Educational Society. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, such as an Intro to Machine Learning from Kaggle in 2021, Microsoft Excel Power User from LEAD Training Services in 2014, Networked Life from Coursera in 2013, and Computer Networks from Coursera in 2013.
