Randall K. Alsman

Trustee at University of Evansville

Mr. Randall K. Alsman is a Senior Investment Advisor and a member of the Board of Directors and Investment Policy Committee at Donaldson Capital Management. Prior to joining Donaldson, Alsman had a 35-year career in private industry. He graduated from Ball State University in 1973 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and joined the audit staff of Price Waterhouse (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers.)

Following Price Waterhouse, Alsman joined the finance staff at Mead Johnson Nutritionals, then a $2 billion wholly-owned subsidiary of Bristol-Myers Squibb in Evansville, Indiana. During more than 31 years with Mead Johnson and Bristol-Myers-Squibb, he was promoted through a number of positions of increasing responsibility in various domestic and international capacities including two years at Bristol's New York headquarters. In September 2000, Alsman was made President of Mead Johnson U.S., also with responsibility for global Finance, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Research & Development, Information Technology, and Legal. In August of 2007, Alsman retired from Bristol-Myers Squibb in Princeton, New Jersey, as Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning and Managed Care for the $8 billion U.S. Pharmaceutical Group.

Alsman serves on the Board of Directors of the Signature School and as President of the Evansville Redevelopment Commission, an organization committed to promoting the growth and economic vitality of businesses in the greater Evansville area. From 2012 to 17, Alsman was a member of the University of Evansville Board of Visitors and served as chair from 2014 to 17.
