Located in the quiet suburbs of Prospect Hill in Lusaka at No. 11 Ngumbo Road, the Department of Journalism and Media Studies is offering courses in the different aspects of Mass Communication. The programmes offered are aimed at providing theoretical instructions with practical exercise such as editing and production using well-equipped studios that can effectively give the students first-hand experience in print, radio, television and film. As such, Lusaka was identified as an ideal and central location for the Journalism and Media Department in consideration of the church’s facilities where the students could do their practical placements.
