During the episode, Kareena disclosed that she took the initiative to pursue romance with Shahid Kapoor and persisted for two months.She further revealed that initially, Shahid showed no interest in her, prompting her to initiate the exchange of text messages and invite him out.

In another episode of the chat show, Karan unveiled that Kareena exhibited distinct traits during her relationship with Shahid Kapoor. He disclosed that during that period, Kareena embraced vegetarianism and underwent a weight gain journey, aiming to showcase her ability to maintain a healthy vegetarian lifestyle. Additionally, Karan Johar revealed that Kareena displayed a heightened sense of spirituality while she was with Shahid.
