India batting first posted a mammoth 329/2 on the board and went on to win the match by 94 runs. Sachin of course was the Man of the Match.

Opening the batting with Ajay Jadeja, Sachin's brilliance went in vain as India lost this match, but his innings was a display of class and determination against a strong Australian side who had posted 258 on the board. Tendulkar scored 90 off 84 balls with 14 fours and a six.
