The renting of the City Palace, Jaipur is open only to a section of the palace, namely, the Gudliya Suite. The 300-year-old palace is going to host anybody who books the suite through Airbnb, an online marketplace for hotels and homes. All the earnings will go to the Princess Divya Kumari Foundation, who is the mother of the current resident of the palace, Maharaja Sawai Padmanabh Singh.

Booking the Gudliya Suite will let you have access to a lounge, kitchen, bathroom, and an indoor swimming pool. The suite is located in a private section of the palace. Starting from November 23, you can book the suite for an inaugural price of INR 71455 per night, but the original tariff, which is INR 572280 per night, will begin from January 1, 2020.

The construction of the City Palace, Jaipur, started in 1727 under the rule of Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II. It was, in fact, established around the same time that the city of Jaipur was established.
