Tang Jun Sang who starred in several pivotal roles for dramas like ‘
Crash Landing On You’, ‘Racket Boys’ and more, is now in talks to lead an upcoming drama ‘The
Worst Boy In the World’. According to reports, the drama will premiere on the OTT platform which is still in discussion.
Responding to the reports, the actor’s agency confirmed the developments and asserted that Tang Jun Sang has indeed received the offer to lead his first drama.
While he is yet to confirm it, he is currently reviewing it.
Tang Jun Sang debuted in 2010 as a child actor at the age of 7 with the musical ‘Billy Elliot’ and went on to create a niche for himself in the Korean industry. In 2014, he made his drama debut in ‘Pluto Secret Order’ in the role of Lee Seo Jin and co-starred Kim Ji-min.
Later he took up key roles in series like ‘Single-minded Dandelion’, ‘My grandmother’, ‘A Poem A Day’ and more. He rose to fame when starred in the 2020 drama ‘Crash Landing On You’ featuring
Son Ye Jin and
Hyun Bin. The drama went on to become the highest-rated tvN series and the third highest-rated South Korean TV drama in cable television history.
In the latest, he starred in ‘Racket Boys’ and fetched the Best Child Actor award for his performance.
Currently, he has his kitty full with two big-budget films- ‘Hommage’ and ‘Dog Days’.
