COLLECTOR’S NOTICE: Notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned Receiver of Taxes in and for the Town of Wirt, County of Allegany, State of New York, have received the warrant for the collection of taxes of the said Town for the year 2023. Taxes can be paid in person (check or exact cash only) at the Town Hall at 210 Main St., Richburg NY, between the hours of 10-2 pm Tuesdays and Thursdays, and 3-7 pm Wednesdays. You can also mail payment to: Town of Wirt Tax Collector, PO Box 243, Richburg NY 14774. Taxes are payable without penalty on or before January 31, 2023. On taxes collected after such date, there shall be added interest of one percent each month until April 1, 2023, on which date uncollected taxes will be returned to the Allegany County Treasurer.
