Jzyno whose real name is Jonathan Lee Pratt and was born on January 3rd 1995 in Monrovia, Liberia, grew up and started his music career there, until he later relocated to Ghana to continue his music career.
He is a singer/songwriter with awards to his name such as; 2020 MTN Liberian Music Awards for Afropop song of the year(Kpan Kpan me) and 2021 Ghana Creative Arts Awards Next Rated Artiste.
His new Single titled ‘Butta My Bread’ features the winner for new artist of the year at the recently held Vodafone Ghana Music Awards 2023, Lasmid.
It is an Afrobeat song that is currently going viral on the social media space especially TikTok and amassing some good numbers on music streaming platforms.
Having Lasmid on a song like this was well thought of by Jzyno since Lasmid seems to be the right man for the job on this tune with his unique style and approach in taking that hook to give the song the right rhythm and vibe to just steal your listening ear once you hear it.
He already has a feature with one of Ghana’s best rappers Medikal on a song called ‘Fall Down Inside’ which enjoyed quite some success and airplay.
With this start, he has set his foot on the right path in the music scene and is rest assured of a commercial success and a spot in the Afrobeat and music scene in general.
