The role of technical directors and coaches in modern football, modern trends in this direction were discussed at the meeting. They talked about the successful implementation of Grassroots and Elite Youth programs aimed at the gradual development of mass and professional football in our country.

In the future, the parties put forward a proposal to establish a Opening Centre of Excellence of FIFA for football experts in Tashkent. The positive impact of this initiative on the development of Uzbek football in recent years was acknowledged.

Michel Sablon, one of the authors of the programs that led to the period of great growth in Belgian football, gave information about the development strategy based on his experience. Also, the FIFA experts recognized the participation of Uzbekistan’s U20 and U17 national teams in the World Championship and the prospects of our youth.
